01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

02 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The o789 platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This age requirement is non-negotiable and applies to all Pakistani players and any other users accessing the platform. o789 conducts mandatory age verification (KYC) on all accounts. Any account determined to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals will be frozen pending review, and any bonus winnings generated will be voided.

2.2 Registration Requirements

To register an o789 account, you must:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number;

2.3 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one and only one o789 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a family member's details, or fabricated personal information — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, o789 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets and winnings across those accounts, and retain any deposited funds pending a full investigation. If you have inadvertently created a duplicate account, you must contact o789 support immediately to resolve the situation.

2.4 Accurate Information

All information provided during registration and throughout your use of the o789 platform must be accurate and truthful. o789 may request supporting documentation at any time to verify the accuracy of the information held on your account. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by o789 support may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

03 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely and fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your o789 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. o789 will not be held liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.2 Reporting Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your o789 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact o789 support via live chat immediately. o789 will suspend the account pending a security review and, where appropriate, assist in recovering account access. Any bets or transactions that occurred during a period of verified unauthorised access will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

o789 reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents from any account holder at any time, including at registration, before processing a first withdrawal, or at any point during the account's lifetime. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued Pakistani identity document. Accounts that fail or refuse to complete KYC verification may have withdrawal access suspended until verification is successfully concluded.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An o789 account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or betting activity has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. o789 reserves the right to apply an administrative inactivity fee to inactive accounts, subject to applicable law. Players will be notified before any inactivity fee is applied. To reactivate an inactive account, simply complete a successful o789 login and authenticate your identity if prompted.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Approved Payment Methods

o789 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved Pakistani payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Raast instant payment, 1LINK, and USDT. All transactions are denominated in PKR. o789 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the depositing account must match the verified name on the o789 account.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum single deposit at o789 is Rs 100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and account verification level. 4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified o789 accounts are typically processed within 24–72 hours, subject to the payment method selected and any pending verification requirements. o789 does not charge a platform-side withdrawal fee, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same account, subject to o789's anti-money laundering procedures.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

o789 operates in compliance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) standards. o789 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation before processing large or unusual withdrawals. Any account showing transaction patterns consistent with money laundering, fraud, or other financial crimes will be suspended and reported to relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder. Depositing funds for any purpose other than genuine participation in betting and gaming activity on the o789 platform is strictly prohibited.

05 Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the o789 sportsbook — including cricket, PSL, football, tennis, kabaddi, and other markets — are subject to acceptance by o789. o789 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason. A bet is only confirmed once a bet reference number has been issued and the stake has been deducted from your o789 account balance.

5.2 Errors and Obvious Mistakes

In the event that a bet is accepted due to an obvious error in odds — including but not limited to odds that are manifestly incorrect due to a technical fault, data feed error, or human input error — o789 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account. "Obvious error" means odds that no reasonable person would consider to reflect the genuine market price for the selection in question at the time the bet was placed.

5.3 Cricket and PSL Specific Rules

Cricket betting on the o789 platform, including all PSL markets, is governed by the specific sport rules published in the o789 sportsbook rules section. Key provisions include:

• Match bets are settled on the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or PSL);
• In the event of a match being abandoned or no result declared, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless specific alternative settlement rules apply;
• Live in-play bets are accepted at o789's discretion and are subject to the live betting rules applicable at the time of placement;
• Ball-by-ball markets are settled on the official ball-by-ball data and are not subject to appeal on grounds of broadcast delay.

5.4 Casino and Live Dealer Games

All casino games, live dealer tables, and slot titles available on the o789 platform are governed by the individual game rules displayed within each game. o789 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all electronic casino games. Live dealer games are streamed from certified studios and subject to the same fair play standards. 06 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms prevail in respect of that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

6.3 Bonus Abuse

o789 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any associated winnings, and to close an account, where o789 determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, placing low-risk or zero-risk bets designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine participation, or coordinating with other accounts to exploit promotional mechanics.

6.4 Withdrawal of Promotions

o789 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time, including during an active promotional period. Where a promotion is withdrawn while a player has an active bonus balance subject to wagering requirements, o789 will honour the existing bonus on a pro-rated basis or return any remaining real-money portion of the player's balance, at o789's sole discretion.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the o789 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening or using more than one o789 account;
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration or KYC;
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or fraud;
• Placing bets with knowledge of any match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corruption in the relevant sporting event;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or access the platform without human interaction;

10 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, o789's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any bet or wager placed via the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

o789 will not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, business opportunity, or goodwill;
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages;
• Platform downtime caused by technical failures, maintenance, third-party service interruptions, or circumstances beyond o789's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain account security;
• Losses arising from a player's use of the platform in a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits o789's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may close your o789 account at any time by contacting o789 support via live chat. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12.2 Termination by o789

o789 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing; failure to complete KYC verification; or any other conduct o789 determines to be detrimental to platform integrity or other players. Where an account is closed for a breach of these Terms, o789 may forfeit any bonus funds and associated winnings. Real-money deposits will be returned subject to the outcome of any investigation.

13 Governing Law

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English-language version of these Terms and any translation, the English-language version shall prevail.

14 Changes to Terms

o789 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect your rights or obligations in a meaningful way — o789 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via platform notification, email to your registered address, or both. Where changes are minor or administrative in nature, they may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the o789 platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.1 above.
